GLO on the GO

The Smart Family: Balancing Technology & Family Life
GLO is a Valuable Resource

Vineyard Columbus Cooper Road Campus

As families, we want to be able to take advantage of technology’s benefits without sacrificing quality time together. This parenting seminar helped bring awareness & practical application for balancing family life with the technological, social media-filled world we live in. I was honored to share my book, Generating Learning Opportunities as a resource.

Action for Children seminars … Mission Accomplished

It was rewarding to share the seminars below which help families get back on track after a major life change.

Putting the Children First
Designed for parents who have filed for divorce, dissolution or legal separation. Focuses on steps parents can take to help their child(ren) feel secure during this time.

Parents Who Parent Separately
Designed for parents who are in a co-parenting role due to divorce, dissolution or legal separation. If your child is having difficulty and is “caught in the middle” of the parents’ challenges, this class will help. For more information contact www.actionforchildren.org.

VALUES THAT OPEN THE LINES OF JUSTICE GLO-Chat

This GLO-Chat workshop generated an interactive and lively discussion at the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (NABCJ) Ohio Conference in Fairborn, Ohio.

I appreciate this opportunity to discuss the importance of demonstrating positive family values with NABCJ because we shared the common message of respect.

GLO Special Guest on Bonnie Mae Ray Lewis Live Comedy Talk Show

It was a packed house as we shared laughter, wisdom and knowledge about families, relationships and education. Bonnie Mae Ray, comedian author, Jamal Haynes and Glo talked about humor and facts about love, family, and relationships.

 Glo, Bonnie Mae, Jamal Haynes

I shared my childhood experience from my book where five siblings slept in one bed. Although it was tight we learned to respect each other. These were valuable family values lessons that built our strong foundation.

Thank you, fans!

See my book, Generating Learning Opportunities for many ways to prepare children for success.

GLO and Bonnie Mae Ray Lewis

Thanks to all of you who supported this event.
